Entrepreneurship as a vocation of service

There are things that need to be done in the world. You have gifts that need to be given out and words that need to be spoken in order to fructify. If the point in which those variables interact is empty for now, your work consists on creating it. Welcome to entrepreneurship.

catholic entrepreneurship

Even if I chose this path of entrepreneurship with a lot of excitement and sense of meaning, overcoming all the fears that paralyzed me, it’s been so good to me to write this article in order to remember the foundation of everything. Because it’s a hard path, especially when, as in my case, you don’t see immediate results. When yours is not a story of overnight success

What matters is to be giving glory to God and serving others, while trusting that with perseverance the rest will come. “Seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you besides” (Mt 6:33).

It’s time to trust the Providence. To keep listening with an open heart to the inspirations of the Holy Spirit, but distinguishing those from the easy way out with which the world, the devil and our fears try to trick us.

Remember to offer up your work every day, but really offering it up, that is, leaving in God’s hands the fruits, focusing only in making sure that what you offer is the most beautiful and pleasing to Him.

Please, pray for me too so Swallow the World can always be precisely that, a pleasing offering to the Lord, an instrument through which He can be glorified and that He can use to embrace so many people whom He loves and are suffering, lost or confused.
